Order Approval and Processing

At HydroJug, every order is carefully reviewed before approval to ensure correctness and prevent fraudulent activity. We retain the right to restrict, cancel, or reject orders if there are issues such as limited stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Once your order is approved, HydroJug processes it within approximately 1-3 business days. Following processing, standard delivery usually takes 7-12 business days. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically and shown during checkout.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order enters automated fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

To return a product, please contact HydroJug customer care at moritzgerus@gmail.com within 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate the return process.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return authorization from HydroJug is required before sending any item back.

Once HydroJug receives and inspects your returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Permitted Use of Our Website

By accessing HydroJug's website, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and refrain from prohibited actions, including but not limited to:

Unauthorized access to restricted site areas
Interfering with or disrupting website functionality or security

HydroJug strives to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, availability, and images for all products, including Accessories, Can Coolers, Coffee Travelers, Ease2o, PR Boxes, Everyday Tumblers, Insulated Shakers, and Pro Jug V2 items. Nevertheless, all sales depend on final confirmation of stock and price.
