Order Processing
HydroJug carefully processes every order to ensure timely delivery. Once your payment is confirmed, we typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that during major holidays or special promotions, processing times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Timeframes
After leaving HydroJug’s fulfillment center, shipments within the United States generally arrive within 7-12 business days. However, the full delivery process may take up to 14 days depending on your location, carrier performance, customs procedures, and unforeseen delays such as weather or transit interruptions.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs for your order are automatically calculated based on your specific items and delivery address. These fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, HydroJug will send you an email containing tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update before checking the shipment status online.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase to avoid shipment processing. To cancel, contact HydroJug immediately at moritzgerus@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window.
Returns and Refunds
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days after you receive your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Once HydroJug receives and inspects the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
