Return & Refund Policy

HydroJug is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review the following process for returns, cancellations, and refunds specific to our store policies.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received them
Include all original packaging, tags, parts, and materials
Pass inspection by HydroJug to verify suitability for resale

Items not meeting these conditions — such as those missing original packaging, showing wear, damage, alteration, or misuse — will not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Personalized or custom-made products
Downloadable software or digital content
Gift certificates and gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Products damaged due to customer negligence after delivery

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting HydroJug immediately. Cancellations requested after this period cannot be processed.

Returning Your Items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and approve it upon inspection, HydroJug will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match what you purchased, retain all original packaging and contact HydroJug immediately at moritzgerus@gmail.com. We will promptly work with you to resolve the issue.
